Needed a last minute hotel and the price was great. Checking in took a second just because there isn't someone there every minute of the day. A quick phone call and I was in my room. The room was nice and clean. Just a word of warning the walls are thin. The owner is supper nice! Would recommend.

A great little motel. Quiet, easy to find, and safe. We stayed here years ago, and the recent updates don't disappoint, fluffy new towels, new bedding, comfortable new beds, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, snacks. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

I stayed here this past weekend for my 13 year old daughter’s soccer tournament. We had a great experience and the off site staff were helpful and ensured we got into our room. It was safe, clean, and in a beautiful location. The girls loved the snack basket ❤️ I would stay here again.

EDIT on bottom--This place was absolutely beautiful. The rooms looked clean and freshly remodeled. We stayed here, in room 5, for 4 nights over thanksgiving. The check in process was pretty cool. We called and the lady was really nice. Brie sent us the code. for our room key. Brei also called and made sure we were good. The hospitality was great. The view was amazing. cute little snack basket, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot with coffee. Only one issue, nothing that would stop us from coming here again. 1) The shower head squirted water, near the threads, towards the side wall. Causing water to run down and flood the floor. We put a hand towel over it to direct it down. With all that said, we will be back. I will fully recommend this place. EDIT: We got home Sunday evening. Brei called my wife to let us know that our 4 year old left her Care Bear. She is going to mail it out to us. Which is beyond awesome. This place just moved to the top of our "must stay again" list.

I attend a Car Show in Carlisle every year and stay at this hotel for 5 days. I really enjoy staying at this facility, the rooms are always spotless and the staff and management have been nothing less than Awesome! I strongly recommend this facility to anyone who may be traveling in this area and need a Hotel to stay at. I definitely give it a 5 star rating.

May 10th 2026, checked into the Mount Creek Tavern Hotel in Mt Holly Springs, Pennsylvania. we were a little skeptical coming to an old building, However, the rooms have been beautifully renovated, they were immaculate, would definitely stop again if traveling in the area in the future. Misty was great. I love the self check-in lock boxes on the doors. the rooms all had snacks, breakfast foods, water, coffee station and there was extras in the office area, fresh fruit, ice, information, very good stay, thank you. PS the tavern/slash banquet areas are still closed until reno is done! Forgot to mention the bed were great!

Fantastic stay! The staff are friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making sure your stay here is perfect. The rooms are immaculate, and updated with a modern/ contemporary feel. The prices here are also quite reasonable. Please consider booking here if you want a great experience! My wife, daughter, and I will definitely come back for another stay in the future.

Totally fine for a quick stay, with a few nice perks and some quirks. The motel rooms are attached to a beautiful historic building, which I believe was the tavern once upon a time. We stayed in a North room, which I think are rooms on the back side of the building. There is ample free parking, a grill, picnic tables, and a pretty view of a creek/river running behind the parking lot. Our room was up a flight of outdoor metal stairs (this was probably in the listing when I booked, but I missed it). To check in, you call, get a code for the lockbox outside your room, enter the code and retrieve your key, and open the door as usual. The owner was super nice and welcoming when we called for the code. In case you're running late for check in, I think you can call whenever to get the code, so you don't have to wait until you are actually on property to call. The room was very nicely remodeled inside, with lots of lights, blinds and sheer curtains on the windows, a microwave, a coffee pot, a small fridge with a freezer, and complimentary snacks, water, and even instant oatmeal packets with spoons, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, although with it being a motel, we occasionally would have a spider or an ant or 2 wander in and then wander out. Typical for a motel. The beds were comfortable, as well. The TV was adequate, although I don't believe there is any cable TV. It is a Roku TV, so the Roku "Live TV" feature is there, which does give you a lot of options to watch, but is definitely not the same as cable TV if you're looking forward to catching a specific show. Not sure if this was user error though. The stand out for me was the shower. It gets gloriously hot and has incredible water pressure (better than my own at home), and I would honestly stay here again if only just to take another shower. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again for a night if we were passing through.

We had a blast at Mountain Creek! The room was super clean and new. The shower was AMAZING! The high water pressure was perfect after a day at the lake beaches at Pine Grove! The location was perfect. Close to the park and only a half hr from Thirsty Farmer Brew Hub, which was a refreshing family friendly brewery we stopped at along the way. This was a grwat Father's Day Weekend getaway, and we will definitely be back! Easy check-in and out and quiet area!!
